The room upgrade exceeded expectations; spacious enough for a family, it showcased a stunning lake view. The fusion of traditional and modern design elements throughout the hotel was tastefully done, reflecting Vietnam's rich heritage.The Club Lounge was a haven for relaxation, offering a delightful spread during happy hours. The breakfast buffet was a culinary journey, with an array of local and international dishes to savor. The Grohe rain shower was a luxurious touch, leaving a lasting impression of comfort. The seamless service and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. An ideal choice for those seeking a balance of tranquility and luxury in Hanoi.
